1.  Keep yourself Hydrated


Human body tends to lose a lot of water sweating in Summer to keep itself cool and maintain the body temperature

This means that the water requirement of your body shoots up in Summer and needs to be fulfilled accordingly to avoid fatigue, drowsiness and a total blackout

Make it a habit to carry a bottle of Water with You wherever you go

High temperatures make the blood thicker and hence water is essential for proper blood flow

Use a stainless steel water bottle instead of a plastic bottle to avoid any chemical intakes due to plastic's chemical reaction at high temperature during Summer.

Darker colours absorbs a major portion of the sunlight falling on them and hence will make you feel hotter, while lighter colours reflect most part of the sunlight thus making you feel more comfortable in the hot Sun

Spending time out in Nature makes you vulnerable to a host of insects like mosquitoes, ticks, bugs etc.

Some of these can leave some life changing effects on you so proper care needs to be taken against them

Keep regular check on your body to prevent mosquitoes, ticks, bugs, flies from injecting unwanted substances into your body.

You can use protective sprays and lotion to keep these bloody creepy things out of your body.
